WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO –
The Chicago Real Estate Investment Club was developed to create and promote an atmosphere where real estate investors can combine their resources and gain a comprehensive understanding in real estate and investing. The opportunity that the club provides is not to hold monthly real estate guru sales conventions, but rather to develop the “isolated, abandoned and often neglected” individual real estate investor. Our club’s purpose is to develop a real estate investor community of individuals and businesses that can work side by side and directly with each other in a collaborative effort to educate, inform and inspire real estate investors. By providing this commercial-free, hustle-free environment we allow investors to draw upon each other for information and networking through their individual and collective spheres of influence.
At each official club meeting we will have a guest speaker, or two, who will cover a wide range of topics regarding real estate including investment and acquisition strategies, financing, managing, developing, rehabbing, and so forth. The club and topics that we discuss will cater to any individuals involved in real estate and its many forms – regardless of geography.
All individuals interested in real estate are welcome, including New and Experienced Investors, as well as Property Finders, Developers, Contractors, Appraisers, Realtors, Lenders, Property Managers, etc.
New Investors:
This includes those of you who are in the process of learning to start your career or simply would like to become a “better investor”. As a group and individual we want to make sure that you become genuine investors with unquestionable knowledge and understanding.
Experienced Investors:
We would greatly appreciate your support and attendance. We anticipate a diverse mix of investors with multiple levels of experience and a broad variety of interests. The club will groom its member for the genuine success and understanding of the many intricacies of real estate.
Property Finders:
You are very welcome to attend. You may also contact us to inform us about your services and abilities. A free list of names of buyers and sellers will be made accessible to club members. There are a good number of investors in our club that want your service!
Everyone else, here is your chance to network and learn all the many facets of real estate in an inviting atmosphere with unlimited opportunities!

The guest speaker for this month’s meeting will be a “foreclosure specialist” by the name of Quinn Niego. He will give us a first hand account on the “Smart” Foreclosure-Buying process. Don’t miss this great opportunity to learn the true “secrets” on how to find “good” deals; how to approach foreclosure investing from 3 different angles; and how to analyze transactions for “real” potential profits. Saturday, April 17th - The real estate “buying” market is getting HOT as we speak! – Any good realtor will tell you this. Now is the time to get familiar with how to buy property in an appropriate manner and how to “buy it right”. We will cover a lot on the absolute fundamentals of real estate investing, the multitude of real estate investing strategies, and what we have seen that really works, what doesn’t and what works “exceptionally” well. You will learn how to very quickly analyze a property in less than one minute to see if it has “any real potential” for your acquisition strategy. This is not a sales seminar, but an “information exchange-inar”. This will be a great seminar for those who are new to the real estate investing “business”, as well as for the moderately experienced investors who want a cover-all. Later this spring we will be having “Advanced Acquisition and Liquidation Strategies” for those investors with more resources and leverage to acquire larger, more complex properties.
